Brad Lepar

Brad Lepar is the founder of Pacific Builders and a partner. Brad has been the president of
Pacific Builders since the company was founded in 1989, he has over thirty-five years
experience in the construction industry. Brad holds a BS in Construction Management from
Texas A&M University.
Vice President
Brendan Mullan
Email
Brendan Mullan has been a partner for ten years and has been with Pacific Builders since
1992. Brendan has over twenty-five years experience in the construction industry. Brendan has certification
in Green Advantage with LEED experience for Saxon Mortgage (LEED CI Gold Certification).
Project Managers
Steve French
Email
Steve French holds a BS in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. Steve
has over eleven years in the construction industry and has been with Pacific Builders going on
three years. Steve has certification in Green Advantage with LEED experience for Saxon
Mortgage (LEED CI Gold Certification). He has over ten years experience as a project manager.
Jay Rose

Jay Rose has been with Pacific Builders since 1995 and has been in the construction industry
for over twenty-nine years. Jay has certification in Green Advantage with LEED experience for
Fireman’s Fund (LEED CI Silver Certification). He has over thirteen years experience as a project
manager.
Joe Wood
Email
Joe Wood graduated from Rice University in 2006 with a GPA average of 3.6. Joe double
majored with degrees in both Sports Management and Managerial Studies. He joined Pacific
Builders straight out of college. He has certification in Green Advantage with LEED and
certified as LEED Accredited Professional.
Estimator
Kevin Parr
Email
Kevin Parr recently joined Pacific Builders as our senior estimator. Kevin has a BS in Business
Management from the University of Houston and has been involved in construction since he
graduated in 1999. Kevin has completed projects as both a project manager and estimator.
Kevin’s strong computer skills allow all team members to easily track the budgets on fast
moving, quickly changing projects.
Pacific Builders is celebrating its 20th year. All of our project managers, as well as half of our superintendents have attained Green Advantage Certification, with one project manager certified in LEED AP. Involvement in the Green Advantage Program promotes sustainable construction by establishing a recognized certification standard for building related practitioners.
